According to the report, Richardson was arrested on Sunday for domestic violence.

Richardson and a male companion were involved in a verbal altercation while they were coming out through the security of the airport, said the police report. Richardson would have pushed the man and he fell into a neighboring chronicle, according to the Seattle police service.
According to the report, the police have consulted the airport security images, and the video would have shown that the man trying to move away from Richardson, but he continued to hit him. Police also claimed that Richardson has launched a pair of headphones on humans.
Richardson was reserved for the southern correctional entity of Moines, Washington, Sunday and published Monday, according to prison files.
“We are aware of the report and we have no comments at the moment,” American athletics told USA Today Sports.

Richardson ran an 11.07 and finished second in his round at 100 meters to go to the semi-final on Friday at the American athletics championships. Richardson then retired from the semi-final of the 100, but decided to appear in 200 in 200, according to the United States of athletics.
The American championships serve as a qualified meeting for the world championships. Richardson has a Bye in the 100 world championships this year because she is the defending champion.
Richardson won a silver medal per 100 at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. She was also part of the 4×100 relay team from the USA team.
Richardson is one of the most recognizable American athlete athletics. She won the 100 meters at the 2020 Olympic tests, but was then suspended for having tested positive for marijuana and did not participate in the Tokyo Olympic Games.
